Newest exhaust air purification system

When processing intensively smelling substances an exhaust air purification with conventional particle filters is insufficient. To prevent Emission of smell additional measures are necessary.

Manifold technical systems, such as burners, bio filters, adsorbers or scrubbers are known.

However, for the processing of frequently changing substances and formulations only very few systems that offer adequate flexibility are selectable.

Since 2004 IPC is equipped with a most modern exhaust air purification system. Organic components of various substance classes and concentrations are removed by a two-step process and the outlet air I released not only particle free but also smell free.

After an intense test phase in 2003, where data was collected with a unique and especially for the design phase installed test module, the new purification system started operation early 2004.
