Completion of Spray Granulation capabilities - ProCell 5 – ProCell 70 – ProCell 250

The installation of a ProCell 70 process insert enabled the scale-up of Spray Granulation processes developed in our lab (ProCell 5 LabSystem). With throughputs of 30–50 kg/h of liquid solutions, emulsions and dispersions Pilot tests are possible to evaluate and optimize the manufacturing process under near-production conditions.

After successful pilot phase we are now also able to offer full size continuously contract manufacturing on our new ProCell 250 production facility. The start-up of this newest production line marks the consequent completion of our process development and manufacturing capabilities.

Throughputs up to 250 kg/h of finished product offer customers early product launches with reasonable volumes.
